Teen support and maintenance group for OCD treatment

Our peer support group is designed for youth (ages 12-17) who have completed ERP therapy and want to stay on track with their progress. Through structured discussions, goal-setting, and peer interaction, participants continue to practice ERP skills while gaining confidence in navigating real-life challenges.

What to Expect

Each 90-minute monthly session includes:

  • Check-in on ERP Goals – Share successes and challenges

  • Peer-Led Discussions – Guided by facilitators, youth discuss strategies and troubleshoot obstacles

  • Real-Life Problem Solving – Explore practical solutions to ongoing triggers

  • Mini-Exposure Challenges – Optional opportunities to maintain progress

ERP OCD counselling

Jaclyn Cronin, MSW RSW

Jaclyn has completed multiple certifications focused  on ERP, notably from BTTI and UPEN. She is an ERP therapist and will be one  of the main referral sources for this group. 

OCD Therapy

Sabrina Rodrigues, MCAP, RP(qualifying)

Sabrina Rodrigues, RP(qualifying)- completed training in ERP and her practice  includes utilizing ERP.  Sabrina engaged in regular supervision with OCD specialists.

Each 90-minute monthly session includes:

  • Registration required for monthly sessions – you pick and choose which dates/topics work best or attend them all
  • Maximum 6 participants per group
  • In Person – 565 Sanatorium Rd unit 209
  • Time – 6:30pm – 8:00 pm
  • Cost – $75 per group, may be eligible for benefits coverage
