If you are worried about your teen because they are…

  • Isolated and withdrawn, and have a hard time engaging with others
  • Lacking the social and communications skills, and can’t make or keep new friends
  • Easily frustrated and have anger outbursts

Or you as a parent are now frustrated, overwhelmed, and unsure how to reach them, even though you have tried in so many ways. You worry about your teen’s future, and their ability to be independent, co-operative, and engaged adults. You just aren’t sure how to help right now

The Creatively Coping & Communicating Teen group program is designed to take your teen from isolated and frustrated to:

The Creatively Communication group program is designed to take your teen from isolated and frustrated to:

  • Developing social skills and self-confidence so that they can engage with their families and build new relationships
  • Understand how emotions show up and how to cope with intense feelings without meltdowns, overwhelm, or destructive behaviour in as little as 6 weeks
  • Learning to express themselves effectively using a music and creative arts therapy framework
  • Interact with peers and practice new skills through an online group so that it feels safe, interactive, and comfortable

My name is Alicia House. I use music and creative expressive arts activities to help teens on the spectrum go from isolated and easily frustrated to effectively expressing themselves, feeling more confident and connected, and building fulfilling relationships with their families and friends.
