OT Reg. (Ont)

Occupational Therapist

Arohi began her journey as an Occupational Therapist after graduating from  Tufts University in Boston, USA with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy.
Since then, her professional journey has led her to work with children and families in a variety of settings and treat many different diagnoses and developmental and mental health concerns.

Arohi is currently licensed to provide Occupational Therapy services in Ontario. She has clinical and practice knowledge on various topics including infant/child development, sensory processing, self-regulation skills, feeding skills, fine motor skills, handwriting, and the essentials of activity analysis in functional tasks. She believes that through a strength-based approach, effective assessment, communication, and implementation, interventions can be tailored to motivate and encourage children to reach their goals as it relates to their ”occupations”.

In her spare time, she loves playing with her son and watching him grow and is a bit of a geek when it comes to reading and gathering the most updated evidence about her special interest which happens to ” sensory processing and self regulation”
